The winemaking history of Azerbaijan goes back a long way and today there are over 17 wineries in the country. Wine tasting and harvesting are one of the group activities in highest demand. It takes place at the popular Chabiant winery (aka Chateau Monolit) in the picturesque region of Ismayilli. There, the group is divided into teams and each one has to collect grapes within a certain period of time. After harvesting, each group needs to press them with their feet, and the team that squeezes out the most juice wins the competition.
