Carpet weaving has been one of the most dearly preserved and protected arts in Azerbaijan and the traditions of weaving have been passed from one generation to another since time immemorial. All across the country, one can find many carpet factories open to curious visitors, where you can learn about the art of carpet weaving from locals. Carpet weaving masterclass can be not only a part of a cultural event, but also a part of an incentive tour up to 25 people. The participants will learn a lot about carpet patterns, technical features and color scheme of different carpet weaving schools representing various regions, each with its peculiarities.
